Tim’s extensive career started in 1997 when he joined GE Money, with experience in both underwriting and sales. He was instrumental in building the Sales Team at specialist lender Money Partners Ltd, before moving on to wider roles in business consultancy and held Senior positions in the broking sector.

Since 2013, Tim has been purely focused on the commercial mortgage market, structuring deals for clients and businesses who are looking to invest both long and short term as well as securing funding for a number of development opportunities.
