John has over 3 decades of experience in finance, with 22 years spent at Natwest, predominantly in the Corporate and Commercial arena. John has for the last 12 years worked in the private sector, fulfilling the roles of Group Finance Director and latterly as Chief Financial Officer in an Education setting. John is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

John’s expertise lies in taking a holistic view of a scenario and then delivering the right solution for the client, whilst providing outstanding levels of customer service.

In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys watching all sports and is trying desperately (and failing!) to improve his golf game.
