Jo Jones

Jo brings over 30 years of experience across commercial banking, restructuring, asset-based lending and specialist brokerage.

She spent 28 years at RBS as a Commercial Manager, supporting trading businesses typically in the £10–£50 million range. Jo later moved into ABL and restructuring, focusing on invoice finance, refinance, and complex business funding, before spending the last four years as a commercial finance broker.

Her depth of experience across multiple lending disciplines allows her to structure practical, tailored finance solutions for SMEs and mid-market clients, especially those facing time-sensitive, multi-stakeholder or restructuring-driven situations.

Outside of work, Jo’s life is just as full-on. She owns four horses (all home-bred), competes two of them in British Showjumping, and still finds time for her dog and two children.
