Nigel Pascoe

Nigel is a highly experienced banking professional with more than 40 years in the financial services industry. His career has spanned UK high street banking, international banking and the building society subsidiary sector, where he has developed a wealth of knowledge in credit, risk and industry relationship management.

He spent over 22 years at Skipton International in Guernsey, most recently as Business Development Director, and played a key role in building the bank’s reputation as an award-winning provider of services to private and international clients. 

Originally from Cornwall, Nigel has lived in Guernsey for more than 40 years with his wife, where they raised their two children. Alongside his financial career, he has established his own consultancy and pastoral coaching business, supporting individuals and organisations through life’s challenges. In 2010 he founded Goal50, a Guernsey-based charity that provides education, food and community support in South Africa through the platform of football.

Outside of work, Nigel is a lifelong supporter and Vice President of Plymouth Argyle FC. He enjoys kayaking, running, and following a variety of sports. He is also an active Christian speaker.
