Roz, known for her keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills, is a key member of the Empire team. She studied at Magdalen College, Oxford, where she earned an MA in French and German. Her academic background reflects not only her intellectual rigour but also her deep appreciation for language and culture.

Fluent in both French and German, Roz brings valuable multilingual capabilities to the team, allowing her to engage confidently with international clients and documentation. Her ability to communicate effectively in both languages enhances cross-border collaboration and contributes to the firm’s global outlook.

Roz has built a distinguished career in private banking, with over three decades of experience across leading institutions in Switzerland. She spent 22 years at Coutts in Zurich as an Executive Director, followed by 7.5 years at HSBC Private Bank, also in Zurich, and 4.5 years at Julius Baer as a Private Banker. This extensive background in wealth management underscores her deep industry knowledge, client focus, and strategic insight.

In addition to her professional experience and language expertise, Roz is recognised for her thoughtfulness, professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality work across every aspect of her role.

In her spare time Roz enjoys travel, especially to the Far East. Closer to home she loves exploring her native Yorkshire as well as watching cricket and football, in particular her beloved Sheffield Wednesday.
